For the past few years my husband has had an Allotment but sadly has just given it up! He is so busy at work and has also bought a bike...so not enough time for the allotment. I think he is correct because it had become a chore instead of a pleasure. They are keeping him on the waiting list so that when he retires he can have an allotment again!
