Hi everyone. It has been awhile since l posted. (Quite note..Husband is much better, so thank you everyone who send wishes).
I had a fun time doing the shadows this week....Hope you enjoy them and looking forward to seeing everyone elses.
The first one is of an "Indian doll" l received from an a amazing artist called Carla (http://indiandollartworks.blogspot.com). I just love her. This was because my name was picked out of the hat for a blog give-away.
Next image is of a beautiful fungi l found at the Wetland centre which is near where l live. If you want to see more, the images will be up later to-night with my amazing adventures in the land of Birds and Nature!Ha x
This is an European Crane (I think l remember) which has learnt to pull the string and then his food is delivered! The shadows on the bamboo fence are great l think!
This image is from a walk Tony and l took, this week along South Bank. You can see my shadow, taking this image..cool!

A lovely mix of shadow shots!
Love all the shots, but especially the beach one.
We are traveling and I got so far behind on visiting my reader list that I just marked everything as read a week or so ago -- I'm sorry to hear Tony has been ill (if I read this post correctly) and glad everything is OK now.
OH, very cool!
I love all of your shots, but the doll has got to be my favourite.
Beautiful shots. That doll looks great.
A very nice set of shadows! I do very much like your doll. Lucky you! Congrats on the giveaway win! Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
Great variety of shots.
The doll has dramatic shadow... :)
Have a good week ahead!
Love the South Bank photo!!! Is that near Putney Bridge?
Inspired by your crane photo!
When He’s Feeling Empty
When he’s feeling empty
And needs a little grain,
A single tug is all it takes
To fill the hungry crane.
With his beak he grabs it,
The dangling bit of string,
Gives a tug and as he watches
His heart begins to sing.
Millet, corn and rye seed,
Perhaps some cracked wheat too,
Shower down around his feet—
Great feasting will ensue.
Greedily he pecks at them,
The golden bits of grain,
Fills his crop and, satiated,
Struts around again.

Labyrinth of Shadows
That last picture is outstanding. Not only is the dragon in the sand unusual but he seems friendly as well; it looks like he has a guardian in the fellow next to him with orange accents on his head. He looks glowering. And of course, there you are, the curious shadow overlooking it all.
Great collection of SSs! I especially love the mushrooms.
Oh yes! I love shadow shots!
