Ruby Tueday image for 26.04.2010

                           RUBY TUESDAY

Every week l put up one image but then see that many people put up more...so this week l have gone mad!!!!  SORRY!!!!!

The first image is of a bridge that l think is beautiful even though it only has a protective coat on it and no paint! The wall behind it is covered in graffit!
While we were driving in London, we saw that this Inter-Continental Hotel had red flags and then  also realised that part of the Gas owned Digger was also red! Quick click before the lights change!
The image below is of The City Sight Seeing Bus that tours around London every day! Fun isn't it?
The image below, is a woman standing in a huge queue in London. believe it for not they are waiting to go into a pub!!!
I don't know what the building below is but l love the red wall with a door enclosed in it which is...the fire escape door!

Couldn't resist this last one..my husband feeling better after his heart problems have started to get better!

What a dramatic collection of reds! Fascinating! And the hair on that guy can't be missed! And he seems to have heavy eye make up on too! And your hubby looks as if he is in a mischievous mood! Good on him!

Wonderful variety of London madness.
I don't know which I prefer.
Perhaps the great look of excitement on your husband's face.
When one has been ill, and then recovers, life is clean and crisp and even a doughnut tastes like heaven.

Thanks for your commentsx just to correct you Greyscale..the "man" in make-up is actually a "woman"!hax

The donuts are good, KK offers lots of delicious fat and sugar, and offers a fine ruby in its neon sign too!

The Union jack and double decker are what we I think of when we imagine (wife, daughter and son have been there - me someday!)

That ruby hair is a style of London?? Well, hair colors vary widely in the US too :>)

Don't be sorry! What a wonderful variety of reds and scenes. Love the red hair. And of course that Krispy Kreme sign made me hungry for something self destructive. Glad your husband is feeling better and enjoying life.

These are really nice, Lynda. You out did yourself!
Right away I identified with your hubby and the donut. After one of my stent placements I told the techs that I was ready for hot dogs again. Then I spotted my cardiologist over by the wall, he had not left the room yet.

Karen's Monday flight got moved up to Saturday morning. She had planned to call you on Saturday. She said her e-mail to you came back, I will have to check to see if I sent her the right address. Did you get mine?

She is so appreciative of your kindness. Also she is transfering to London effective May 16 if her work visa is ready. KP and her hubby may come then also or if they all couldn't get things wrapped up here they would come a little later. I think there is a place to live trip over before the 16th but I don't know when.

Whoa, lots of sumptuous reds there. Love the donut.

Well done too to your dad - what an exciting day for your whole family!

PS Birthday? If so, it would be very belated - mine's in July :).

Found the RT post-- Great reds! I didn't know Krispy Kreme had invaded the UK-- watch out for expanding waist lines!

I have a friend with that color hair in Austin TX. Yes, she is doing her part to keep Austin weird-- that is the city slogan.

Do you ask folks to take a photo or do you do it secretly? I'd like to ask but usually take secret shots-- afraid I might hurt their feelings since they would probably realize I find them interesting in a weird or funny way.

Thank you everyone for your comments and supportx
For Lesa..Hi..it's Lynda from http://chocolatelifeandjazz.blogspot.com
L do not ask people if l can take their image usually. As long as l am not on private land or private property and neither are they..no problem. That is the one of the many good things about digital camera's against celluloid film! You can show them their images if they ask and you can prove you have deleted it and not loose all your film, as you would have done in the past. thanks for visitng my blog..hope to see you there again.
I usually brillant up Putney often as well, with my hair. It has been blue, red and anything in between over the years. Bit dull at the moment but....!!!xx lynda

Thanks for the info and for visiting my blog! What you said about the robin explains the 'robin redbreast' name-- now it makes sense.
